Prince Kwateng almost forced a huge turnover, stripping the ball at the 'Cuse 5. The Orange recover.
The defense makes another huge play, as linebacker Quentin Davie bats down Robinson's pass. There was no receiver in the area, and a safety is awarded for intentional grounding in the end zone. Huge momentum shifter for the Cats.
Thoughts: For a unit again facing questions in the offseason, the linebackers have been all over the ball so far - Kwateng, Arrington and Davie look solid. And without John Gill, the defensive line has applied plenty of pressure.
Mike Hankwitz is already proving his worth. It's unlikely the score would've been 3-2 midway through the second quarter a year ago.
